Tender Details

The Town Hall of the commune of Saint-Léonard is a building dating from the reconstruction period after the total destruction of the village in 1944. As evidenced by the energy diagnostics carried out, it turns out that the building is one of the constructions commonly called energy sieves and that various insulation actions have become more than urgent, in compliance with the energy transition advocated by the state. The work will consist of complete exterior insulation of the building and high and low floors, installation of ventilation, replacement of exterior joinery and change of heating mode. The documents provided by the thermal service provider indicate an average gain of 85% on current consumption.
