Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the project consisting in the thermal modernization of the building of the Complex of Educational Facilities in Korczewo2. The order concerns an existing building in constant use, located in the Korczew commune, ul. Szkolna 4, 08-108 Korczew, province Masovian Voivodeship3. The order is a design and build order, and the scope of work includes: - preparation of technical documentation, - roof/ceiling insulation (875 m2) - external wall insulation (1, 242.94 m2 net area) - replacement window joinery (283.42 m2) - replacement of door joinery (38.8 m2) - installation of an air/water heat pump for domestic hot water - installation of a photovoltaic installation on the ground (50 kWp) with an energy storage with a capacity of 50 kWh - replacement of lighting built into energy-saving ones. - installation of nest boxes. The contractor is obliged to use energy-saving technical solutions at the design and subsequent implementation stage. The Ordering Party informs that part of the building of the Educational Facilities Complex is included in the Municipal Register of Monuments.
