The subject of the order is the performance of construction works including the thermal modernization of the Volunteer Fire Department building in Zacze Maym, together with the renovation of the electrical installation of the Volunteer Fire Department building in Zacze Maym and the construction of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 13 kWp. The purpose of order fulfillment is: increasing the energy efficiency of the Volunteer Fire Department building in Zacze Maym in accordance with the assumptions of the energy audit. The scope of construction works as part of the thermal modernization of the building includes, among others: partial replacement of door joinery, insulation of the external walls of the building, construction of a new suspended ceiling in the banquet hall, insulation of ceilings (1st and 2nd floors), replacement of roofing, flashings and gutters, replacement of external and internal window sills, replacement of tiles in the banquet hall, demolition wooden stage, scraping, plastering and painting the walls of the banquet hall, replacing the lightning protection system, renovating the balcony with replacing the railing, replacing the external emergency stairs, installing a roof over the entrance door, installing the ventilation system on banquet hall, installation of heating installations (air heat pumps), replacement of external lighting above external doors, ...
