1. The subject of the order is the development of technical documentation along with obtaining all necessary arrangements, notifications and permits regarding the task titled: Thermal modernization of the State Fire Service building in Szczedrzyk, taking into account the scope of optimal variant No. 1 of the Audit Energy of October 9, 2024, constituting an annex to OPZ.2. The task assumes the development of technical documentation related to the planned comprehensive energy modernization of the State Fire Service building in Szczedrzyk. The documentation will later be part of the documentation tender enabling the selection of a contractor for thermal modernization works. The documentation should contain instructions regarding the requirements for the contractor to ensure that the modernization works are consistent with the DNSH principles, in particular that the implementation of activities for maximizing the rate (by weight) of non-hazardous construction and demolition waste (excluding naturally occurring materials referred to in category 17 05 04 on the European List of Waste established by Decision 2000/532/EC) generated on the site construction, reusable, recycling and other recovery of materials, taking into account local possibilities in this area, as well as...
