The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting in the implementation of the task entitled: Thermal modernization of the Sports Facility building in Tuszyn as part of the task entitled: Modernization of public buildings in the Dzieroniów Agglomeration.1. A detailed description of the subject of the order, a description of the ordering party's requirements in terms of implementation and acceptance are specified in: 1) Description of the subject of the order - part III of the SWZ, which consists of technical documentation (Land development plan, Bill of Quantities, STWiOR, permanent and temporary traffic organization) 2) Draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract - constitutes part II of the SWZ - draft contract.
