The scope of work includes: Construction works: thermal modernization of external walls using polystyrene with a heat conduction coefficient = 0.034 W/mK and a thickness of 14 cm to the ground level, securing the thermal insulation layer with thin-layer painted plaster silicone paints (or alternatively with mass-colored silicone plaster), renovation of chimneys above the roof, replacement of external doors with new ones, replacement of sheet metal flashings and all external window sills of the building, replacement of lighting fixtures above the entrances to the staircase staircase, construction of a new lightning protection installation.
