The subject of the order is construction and installation works related to the deep thermal modernization of a residential building at ul. Reymonta 7 in Czarnocin, including: on the modernization of: - external partitions, the partitions do not meet the requirements of WT2021 (including roof insulation along with with renovation of the roof surface, insulation of the ceiling above the attic rooms) - heating system - hot water system, installation of central hot water preparation powered by a heat pump, increasing the efficiency of the domestic hot water system - heat pumped electrically driven air/water - windows and doors, partitions do not meet the requirements of WT 2021. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the Design Documentation constituting Annex No. 13 to the SWZ, energy audit - Annex No. 14 to the SWZ and environmental opinion - Annex No. 15 to SWZ.
