1. The subject of the public procurement is the performance of works and activities related to the implementation of the task titled: Thermal modernization of public utility facilities in the Krzyanowice Commune - Thermal modernization of the building of the Krzyanowice Commune Office, including the performance of all works described in the documentation: designs, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works and in the bills of quantities, which from a technical point of view are necessary for the proper execution and commissioning of the task in question.2. Scope of the task includes, among others: - partial replacement of window joinery - replacement of external and internal window sills - insulation of plinth walls - insulation of walls with 12 cm thick Styrofoam - reconstruction of the architrave around the building - replacement of boiler room doors - replacement of sheet metal flashings galvanized coated throughout the entire building - replacement of gutters and downpipes, sheet metal flashings - reptiles and painting after installation and construction works - renovation works of the roof over the entrance - partial replacement of lighting fixtures inside - replacement of the installation lightning protection.
