Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task of construction works consisting in the thermal modernization of Public Primary School No. 2 in Starogard Gdaski (school + gymnasium) carried out on the basis of design documentation as part of tasks: Integrated thermal modernization project of public utility facilities in Starogard Gdaski, State Fire Service 2. The subject of the order includes construction works (including insulation of walls, flat roofs, replacement of doors and windows, replacement of lighting, modernization of the central heating installation) and other works necessary for the proper implementation of the subject of the order. The contractor bears full and total responsibility for the correct implementation of the subject of the order from the moment of signing the contract until the expiry of the warranty period for subject of the order. 2. The contractor, on its own and at its own expense, will: 1) provide surveying, geological and geotechnical services; 2) prepare tables informing about co-financing; 3) obtain all consents, conditions, opinions, permits, decisions and arrangements necessary for the proper implementation of the investment. 3.
