Part 1 - Thermal modernization of the Primary School building in Gowarczów consisting of: Insulation, replacement of windows, replacement of doors, modernization of the hot water system, installation of renewable energy installations, energy storage, installation of supply and exhaust ventilation with an instrumentation and control system, construction/modernization of a ramp for disabled people, designation and marking of a parking space for disabled people. The description of the subject of the order (Documentation) is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which consists of: executive documentation, documentation technical specification, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and bill of quantities. The bill of quantities is of an auxiliary nature and does not constitute the basis for the offer valuation. The remaining conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the designed ones provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. The subject of the order in parts 1-4 must be adapted for disabled people in accordance with Art. 100 paragraph 1 of the Act. The Ordering Party requires free and safe movement for disabled people (method of implementation orders should fully ensure the availability and safety of these persons).
