The subject of the order is a project consisting in carrying out, in the EPC formula within the meaning of the Energy Efficiency Act, the thermal modernization of public buildings located in fourteen voivodeships: Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Warmian-Masurian, Pomeranian, Silesian, Opole, Lesser Poland, Podkarpackie, Świętokrzyskie, Greater Poland, West Pomeranian, Masovian, Lubusz, Łódź, Lower Silesian. They are heterogeneous in terms of volume and usable area. In relation to the above-mentioned buildings, the Ordering Party exercises ownership rights on behalf of the State Treasury in accordance with the Act of July 20, 2017 - Water Law. The Ordering Party initially assumes the implementation of the Project in 68 buildings podziałem na trzy części.
