1. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works related to the implementation of an investment including thermal modernization with the installation of a photovoltaic installation, as well as reconstruction and superstructure of the gymnasium facilities and the building of the School and Kindergarten Complex in Wilcza, located on plots No. 360/175, 372/176 and 965/175, at ul. Karola Miarki 27, 44-189 Wilcza, in accordance with the design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and other documents. The School and Kindergarten Complex in Wilcza is a complex of four buildings in a compact development, connecting with each other along the axes south west - north east. The band has been formed over the years; the first facility in 1909, then expansion in 1993-1998 and another in 1998-2001. The original school building (1909), entered in the municipal register of monuments under number 21/596, was built of brick on a stone foundation (ground floor and first floor usable on a rectangular plan 12.6 m x 11.8 m, basement), covered with a gable roof with ceramic tiles.
