Lwowska 7 located on plots no. 3110, 49/4, 49/8 in Wadowice. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the following works are planned: insulating all walls of the building with polystyrene and making a silicone facade plaster in the colors agreed with MWKZ in Krakow, insulating the ceilings and flat roof, demolishing the old roofing felt and insulating the flat roof with polystyrene plaster over the transition, replacing gutters and downpipes, replacement of eyes, external window sills and internal window sills, renovation of chimneys, replacement of window frames with aluminum ones, replacement of external doors with aluminum glazed ones with automatic opening and closing, replacement of internal doors with aluminum glazing in the basement and corridor separating the heated zone from the unheated one, installation of a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery (recuperation), installation of a suspended ceiling made of modular boards along with the reconstruction of LED lighting, installation of a heat pump for heating utility water (including power supply), replacement of heating risers and radiators with installation...
