The subject of the order is to perform comprehensive thermal modernization works indicated in the energy audit and the attached documentation: 1. Comprehensive modernization of the central heating installation - replacing gas boilers with new ones, adding heat pumps as a peak source air/air, replacement of cables and their insulation, installation of a BMS system and a heat meter. Connection to the PV.2 installation. Construction of a comprehensive photovoltaic installation.3. Replacement of lighting with LED, including replacement of cables and switchboards electrical.4. Insulation of the ceiling above the top floor.5. Replacement of windows with air vents.6. Replacing external doors.7. Replacing the entrance door (meeting accessibility requirements for disabled people).8. Insulation of the external wall.9.
