1. The subject of the order is the thermal modernization of the building of the Primary School. 74 Grnolski Infantry Puck in Sadów at ul. Powstacw lskich 72, 42-700 Sadw. As part of the energy modernization, insulation of partitions and replacement of joinery are planned windows and doors, modernization of central heating installations and domestic hot water The aim of the project is to improve energy efficiency in the public sector of the Koszcin Commune, the Central Subregion and neighboring communes, and to reduce emissions of dust and gases into the atmosphere. The task must be implemented in a manner consistent with the DNSH principles, this should be understood as the principle of No Significant Harm within the meaning of Art. 17 of the Taxonomy Regulation, the delegated acts adopted pursuant to that Regulation and the Commission guidelines European Union as to the application of the principle of no significant harm in relation to Regulation 2020/842 of 18 June 2020 establishing a Recovery and Resilience Facility (OJ EU L of 2021, No. 57, page 17).
