Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the thermal modernization of the Primary School building together with the construction of a shelter at the main entrance to the building and the necessary technical infrastructure on part of plot no. 414 in Radostowo, 11-320 Jeziorany, Radostowo 58, consisting in particular of: 1) the construction of a protective shelter at the main entrance to the building, 2) the demolition of existing hard surfaces within the designed shelter and local correction of the shape and slopes of the area in order to ensure the drainage of rainwater from the wall the exterior of the building and the designed shed, 3) demolition of the existing band around the building to the extent necessary to perform moisture-proof insulation of the foundation walls and its reconstruction after insulating the external walls of the underground part of the building, 4) demolition of existing basement lighting wells and installation of new lighting wells, after performing vertical insulation of the walls of the underground part of the building, along with adapting them to the designed arrangement of boundary layers and restoring elements accompanying, 5) renovation of external stairs leading to the technical room, consisting in their demolition to the extent...
