The subject of the order includes thermal modernization of the building of the Primary School in Pzino, commune. Stargard - design and build in the system within the limits and scope specified by the functional and utility program (FFU) along with annexes and specification of contract terms (SWZ), including: 1) preparation of complete design documentation along with arrangements, 2) construction works, thermal modernization of the building - external walls, replacement of external windows and doors, 3) installation of a heat pump, 4) installation of a photovoltaic installation, 5) adaptation of the building for people with disabilities, 6) Modernization of the central heating installation. and domestic hot water, mechanical ventilation installation with heat recovery, BMS7) land development, and: 8) performance of any other works not listed in point 1 7 necessary to achieve the intended goal (technical, functional and utility result).
