Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the task entitled: Thermal modernization of the building of the Primary School in Nasiadki, including the replacement of the heat source. The detailed scope of works and description of the implementation of the subject of the order are included in the technical documentation constituting Annex No. 12 to this SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 11 to this SWZ. The bills of quantities, which are also Annex No. 12 to this ToR, are supporting material for the Contractor in preparing the offer.2. The Contractor's obligations include: - security construction site, - construction site marking, - surveying services (staking out and as-built inventory), - performance of construction works, - performance of sanitary works, - performance of electrical works, - tests, knocking, disinfection, tests, measurements of: central heating installations, water and sewage, electrical installation, water quality assessment, - training of employees in the operation of the boiler, - commissioning of the central heating boiler. for solid fuel, - providing the Ordering Party with an ex-post audit prepared by an authorized person.
