Tender Details

1. The subject of this order includes the thermal modernization of the Primary School building in Gowidlin along with the modernization of the boiler room.2. The investment is divided into two tasks: 1) Task No. 1: thermal modernization of the Primary School building in Gowidlinie: - insulation of the unused attic floor of the old part of the school and the back room in the ventilated space with a mineral wool with a heat transfer coefficient of 0.036 W/mK 20 cm, - replacement of old external doors with energy-saving joinery with a heat transfer coefficient heat 1.3 W/m2K including door frame processing. 3 wooden doors and 1 aluminum door are subject to replacement, - installation of a new door between the back room and the unused attic with a heat transfer coefficient of 1.3 W/m2K along with processing of the door frames, 1 pc, - replacement of the old one attic exhaust with a new one with a heat transfer coefficient of 1.3 W/m2K along with 1 pc. of door frame processing, - replacement of the lighting with energy-saving ones, equipped with an automatic regulation system and installation of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 49.95 kWp according to the industry's study electrical, - partial modernization of the central heating installation, supplementing the insulation of the installation...
