1.1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the thermal modernization of the building of the People's House in Bujny.1.2. The order is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the regional program European Funds for the Czech Republic 2021-2027, based on the project co-financing agreement number FELD.02.23-IZ.00-0002/25-00, project name: Thermal modernization of buildings in the Wola Krzysztoporska commune.1.3. The detailed description of the subject of the order includes: - appendix No. 5 to the SWZ Employer's Guidelines - Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ Design documentation, including energy audit and expert opinions - Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works - Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ Bills of Quantities (attached as auxiliary) 1.4. The works should be performed in accordance with the order documentation, including SWZ and annexes, as well as the recommendations of the Employer and the investor's and author's supervision inspector.
