Tender Details

1. The subject of the order are construction works performed in the rear part of the building of the Municipal Office in Mirosawiec as part of the task entitled: Thermal modernization of part of the building of the Municipal Office in Mirosawiec.1) Scope of the above-mentioned. construction works include, among others: a) demolition works (demolition of the roof covering, dismantling of the steel antenna mast and directional antenna, dismantling of attic walls and possible formwork of the roof, dismantling of all gutters, downpipes, sheet metal flashings, dismantling of: eaves boards, roof hatch, lightning protection system and, to the extent necessary, demolition of chimneys in order to rebuild them); b) replacement of the roof covering with ceramic karpiwka tiles, including works related to the processing of chimneys, repairs and impregnation of the roof structure and roof elements; c) replacement of the lightning protection system; d) works facades (including repair of brick elements, blinds, external walls, attics, chimneys). 2) The Ordering Party informs that the facility covered by the implementation of the subject of the order in the scope of replacing the roof covering together with the lightning protection installation contains infrastructure elements technical two antenna masts with accompanying installations, one of which is owned by a third party. ...
