Tender Details

3.1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task titled: "Thermal modernization of the office building of the Drety Forest District located in a building entered in the Municipal Register of Monuments introduced by Order No. 523/VII/2017 of October 26, 2017 year under number 30 chapter 1.4. Immovable monuments included in the Municipal Register of Monuments - rural areas, architecture. For the works in question, the Ordering Party will obtain approval and arrangements with the Pomeranian Voivodeship Monument Conservator of the WUOZ Branch Office in Supsko. Works construction will include in particular: 1. Demolition works, reflections of external cement and lime plasters from the facade.2. Dismantling the joinery and carving out the existing door from the wall.3. Installation of joinery and installation of new doors.4. Insulation of the facade. Insulation of the facade front with 5 and 10 cm thick Styrofoam boards.5. Plastering and laying new external plasters on the northern, southern, eastern and western facades.6. Facade plaster - making a thin-layer facade plaster of mineral plaster with a thickness of 2 mm, painting plasters with silicone paints.7.
