Together with Switzerland for a better and safer... Thermal modernization of the office and administration building with a gym at ul. Grottgera 13 in Słupsk as part of the project "Future in Balance. Together with Switzerland for a better and safer Słupsk". The subject of the order are construction works regarding the thermal modernization of the building located at ul. Grottgera 13 in Słupsk (plot no. 10/10, rev. 11). The scope of work includes works on the main building, the connector and the gymnasium. The scope of the task includes, among others: - dismantling the existing insulation and installing new wall insulation external and flat roofs, - chimney repairs, - replacement of the lightning protection system, - vertical moisture and thermal insulation of foundation walls below the ground, - demolition of external stairs and the roof over the stairs, - replacement of the external doors to the hall gymnastics, - replacement of windows, replacement of radiators and installation of an intelligent energy management system, - installation of mechanical ventilation in the gym, - installation of a photovoltaic installation, - making a band around it building.
