The subject of the order is the thermal modernization of a municipal residential building. The building is built on a rectangular plan, with two staircases, with a steep, gable roof, covered with corrugated asbestos panels. Building dimensions: Length: 23.62 m Width: 10.96 m Height: approx. 11.60 m Building area: 259 m2 Volume: 2435 m3 The project is planned to include: Thermal insulation of external walls Thermal insulation and replacement of the roof covering Thermal insulation of chimneys Replacement of roof vents Installation of chimney sweeps Replacement of loggia balustrades Painting grating of manholes under basement windows Repair of walls of basement manholes Repair of ceilings and replacement of log floors Replacement of the lightning protection system according to a separate study Covering roofs over entrances Replacement of all sheet metal flashings, gutters and pipes drains Renovation of the strip around the building Construction of a photovoltaic installation on the roof of the building according to a separate study The scope of work and the Contractor's responsibility within the scope of this order also includes: 1.
