Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the thermal modernization of a multi-family residential building at ul. Wojska Polskiego 85 in Milanwek, together with a photovoltaic installation, roof renovation and accompanying works, based on the Model Agreement (Appendix No. 7 to SWZ), developed project documentation (Appendix No. 8 to SWZ), STWiORB (Appendix No. 9 to SWZ).2. The contractor will include in the subject of the order any answers to questions and modifications to the content of the SWZ.3. In addition, the Ordering Party has attached: a permit decision on the construction site (Appendix No. 12 to SWZ), Energy audit of thermal modernization and audit of renewable energy installations (Appendix No. 10 to SWZ), bills of quantities (Appendix No. 11 to SWZ), as supporting documents for the Contractor. Bills of quantities and the above. audits are not the basis for the calculation offer prices, and their content cannot constitute the basis for any claims.4. The investment is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds for Mazovia Program 2021-2027.5.
