Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the development of complete design documentation and the performance of works as part of the investment task titled: Thermal modernization of municipal buildings in the Kodawa Commune.2. The investment will be implemented in the Design and Build formula. 3. Detailed the scope of the contractor's services, including design and implementation guidelines and technical requirements, is indicated in the functional and utility program hereinafter referred to as PFU (Appendix No. 8 to SWZ) and includes, among others: 1) development of design documentation in accordance with, among others: the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended), the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of September 11, 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction project (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1679, as amended) and the regulation Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2454) in the form in paper form (3 copies) and in electronic form (pen drive);2) obtaining all decisions, opinions, opinions required by law...
