1. The subject of the order is the thermal modernization and renovation of the municipal building at ul. Sieradzka 33 in the design and build formula. The task was carried out on the property at ul. Sieradzka 33, registration number plots: 145, registration area: 6 and insulation the facade of the building on the border with neighboring plots no. 142; 143 and 144 precincts 6 at Tkacka Street. The task will be carried out in two stages: Stage I: preparation of design documentation for the thermal modernization of a municipal building at ul. Sieradzka 33 along with obtaining for the benefit of the Ordering Party, obtaining all arrangements and obtaining an unreservedly accepted notification of construction works or a final decision on a construction permit.
