Tender Details

1. The subject of the order are construction works not requiring a building permit, consisting in the thermal modernization of a multi-family residential building in the Municipality of Nowa Ruda together with accompanying works as part of the European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027. Thermal modernization of a residential building located at ul. Cichej 3 in Nowa Ruda. The scope of work to be performed includes thermal modernization of external walls, replacement of window joinery and a number of works resulting from changes in the thickness of the partition. external and color scheme of the facility using renewable energy sources.2. General remarks: 1) The Contractor's liability under the quality guarantee and warranty for defects in the subject of the order will end after min. 36 months from the date of final acceptance. Where fitted materials and/or devices require periodic warranty inspections. The Contractor will perform them free of charge under the warranty granted.
