1) Thermal modernization of the building, in accordance with the audit and construction design attached to the SWZ, including in particular: - thermal modernization of the walls filling the residential building with polystyrene and insulation. 7 and 14 cm depending on the wall in accordance with the audit and construction design, - thermal modernization of the plinth walls of a residential building with polystyrene foam. 14 cm, - general renovation of balcony slabs in accordance with the construction design - thermal modernization of the frames with Styrofoam - execution of necessary sheet metal flashings resulting from the thickening walls, - disassembly of canopies over the balconies of the top floor, - installation of canopies after thermal modernization of the walls, - works related to lifting the intercom cassettes onto the finished façade of the vestibule, - facade cladding with tiles on the plinth and the front wall of the vestibule, - making the necessary flashings of roofs made of coated sheet metal on all elements located directly next to the walls of the vestibules, - making a band of paving stones on a sand and cement bed around the building with a 2% slope from the building, 50 cm wide + edging, - elevating gutters and downpipes on vestibules forward, including replacing them with prior preparation...
