1. The subject of the order is Thermal modernization of the building of the Library + Cultural Center in Czarny Bór, Stage 1.2. This order is co-financed by the European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Program (FEDS 2021-2027) Priority: FEDS.09 Funds European Union for the transformation of mining areas in Lower Silesia; Action: FEDS.09.05 Environmental transformation; Project type: FEDS.9.5 B Renovation increasing the energy efficiency of public infrastructure buildings. Competitive recruitment no.: FEDS.09.05-IP.01-328/25.3. Description of the subject of the order: 1) The subject of the order are construction works in the building of the Library + Cultural Center in Czarny Bór, including: for: a) insulation of external walls, b) insulation of the roof, c) replacement of window frames and windows, d) replacement of door joinery, e) installation of additional photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 7.0 kWp.2) The thermal modernization works in question will be carried out in a building that is in normal use, therefore the Contractor should carry out construction works in in such a way as to enable the building's users to access the facility and function normally.
