The subject of the investment is the thermal modernization of the administration building in Stalowa Wola. These are construction works in the building, consisting of: - insulating the foundation walls 1 m deep from the ground level with layers of XPS styrodur with a conductivity coefficient of X = 0.035 W/(m*K) or better, with a thickness of 12 cm, using the jointless method and making a hydro-insulating membrane made of cup foil. - insulating the external walls of the building's ground floor from the ground level with a layer of polystyrene with a conductivity coefficient of X = 0.040 W/(m*K) or better, with 17 cm thick, jointless method, finishing with mosaic plaster, color and type should be agreed with the investor before starting work. - insulating the external walls of the building from +0.60 ground level with a layer of polystyrene with a conductivity coefficient of X = 0.040 W/(m*K) or better, 17 cm thick, jointless method, plaster finishing color should be agreed with the investor before starting work. - insulating the building's ceiling in the non-usable attic with a layer of polystyrene with a conductivity coefficient of X = 0.038W/(m*K) or better, with a thickness of 22 cm, jointless method, finishing with machine screed. - replacement of windows and doors (according to the items in the offer cost estimate) -...
