Tender Details

The subject of the order is the thermal modernization of the Housing Community building at ul. Piastw 11 in Nowa Ruda 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annexes 1 and 2 to the SWZ. General comments: 1) The contractor should adopt the basis for the valuation on its own, so so that the scope of work included in the valuation ensures the execution of the subject of the order in the manner specified in the SWZ, OPZ and STWiOR (constituting annexes to the specification).3) The order is co-financed by the European Union, under the European Funds for Dolny Program lska 2021-2027 co-financed by the European Union.4) In the tender procedure, the ordering party accepted a lump sum remuneration as a form of remuneration. It is believed that the Contractor has carefully read the detailed description of the subject of the order to be performed and the method their performance.5) The Contractor's liability under the quality guarantee and warranty for defects in the subject of the order will end after min. 36 months from the date of final acceptance.
