4.1 The subject of the order is the execution of a task called: Thermal modernization of the public utility building of the Commune Office in Kronice. 4.2 A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the SWZ, the contract and in: a) Design documentation, Annex No. 10 to the SWZ, b) Technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works, Annex No. 11 to SWZ, c) Bill of quantities, Annex No. 12 to SWZ.4.3 In addition, the subject of the order should be performed taking into account the following issues: 1) Throughout the duration of construction works (described in design documentation) the Commune Office must function without disruption, i.e. work should be planned in such a way that it does not impede the work of the Office and the service to residents, in particular: a) securing the places of work, b) enabling the use of the building, by the entire duration of construction works, with the use of at least one entrance door, c) closing no more than 1-3 office rooms from use at a given time (in the event of window replacement, ventilation work, etc.) and for no longer than 7-10 days, d) The Contractor is obliged to present and agree with the Ordering Party a work schedule, in particular related to...
