Thermal modernization of the building includes: installation of insulation, EPS 70-031 polystyrene FACADE with silicone plaster or similar, on the external walls of dormers - insulation area of approx. 13 m2, replacement of external door joinery of approx. 10.6 m2, 3 pcs., along with processing, replacing window joinery - wooden windows 131 approx. m2, 85 pcs., including processing, painting external walls, replacing roofing - ceramic karpiwk tiles should be used - area approx. 635 m2, carrying out sheet metal work, replacing installations lightning protection, roof insulation with PIR foam placed between the rafters - area approx. 635 m2 after dismantling the existing roofing and removing the attics, a technical assessment of the structure of the roof elements should be made - damp and mold-infested elements should be replacement, the roof should be protected against possible flooding during the works, modernization of the central heating installation. consisting in the complete removal of the existing installation with the boiler in the lower part of the building and installing a new two-pipe installation with pumps circulation and distributors; steel panel radiators equipped with thermostatic valves will be used...
