As part of the task, the following construction works are planned: I. Insulation of external walls. Applies to the external (eastern) wall, II. Elevation of external walls.III. Warming roof. Before starting to insulate the roof, the existing roof covering should be dismantled along with the gutter system, lightning protection and monitoring installations, and working platforms. Existing monitoring installation and working platforms to be reinstalled.IV. Modernization window joinery. New window joinery On the ground floor, there are top-mounted external blinds on the windows (electric, to be powered from existing electrical circuits).
