1. The subject of the order is: Thermal modernization of buildings at ul. Plac Zamkowy 8 in Konin. The task is carried out as part of the project: TERMO program financed by the European Union, the subject of which is the thermal modernization of buildings at ul. Place Zamkowy 8 in Konin. The scope of work includes: 1. roof insulation, 2. wymiana okien i drzwi zewntrznych, 3. modernization of the domestic hot water preparation system and central heating 4. roof renovation, 5. renovation of wooden ceilings (replacement), 6. renovation of external walls, 7. renovation of walls foundations, 8. renovation of basements, 9. renovation of staircases, 10. renovation of storm water drainage, 11. renovation of external stairs to the building, 12. renovation of balconies, 13. renovation of the ventilation system, 14. renovation of water and sewage installations, 15. renovation of electrical installations, detailed scope construction works are specified in the bill of quantities and design documentation constituting Annexes No. 5 and No. 6 to the SWZ.
