The task is carried out as part of the project: TERMO program financed by the European Union, the subject of which is the thermal modernization of buildings at ul. Place Zamkowy 7 in Konin. The scope of work includes: 1. ceiling insulation, 2. replacement of windows and external doors, 3. modernization of the domestic hot water preparation system and central heating 4. roof renovation, 5. renovation of external walls, 6. renovation of basement ceilings, 7. renovation of foundation walls, 8. renovation of basements, 9. renovation of the staircase, 10. renovation of stormwater drainage and yard drainage, 11. renovation of the ventilation system, 12. renovation of water and sewage installations, The detailed scope of construction works is specified in the bill of quantities and design documentation constituting annexes nr 5 i nr 6 do SWZ.
