Tender Details

The subject of the order is the thermal modernization of the building at ul. Spacerowa 6 in Przedbórz as part of the investment project entitled: Thermal modernization of the building at ul. Spacerowa 6 in Przedbórz. The following scope of works is to be carried out as part of the task: - replacement window and door joinery; - renovation of rooms inside the building; - insulation of foundation walls from the outside; - insulating the building walls with polystyrene boards; - replacement of the roof covering; - making a band, entrance to the basement and the building with paving stones concrete;- renovation of the boiler room;- modernization of the domestic hot water installation. and central heating including the installation of a pellet boiler (class 5); - modernization of the electrical installation. A detailed description of the subject of the order and technical parameters are specified in: Bill of Quantities Appendix No. 9 to SWZ, Technical Documentation Appendix No. 10 to SWZ. Due to the adopted nature of the Contractor's remuneration (lump sum), the bill of quantities has only an informational function and is used only to describe the subject of the order.
