1. The subject of the order is thermal modernization of the building of the School and Kindergarten Complex in Paniwki, stage I, consisting in thermal modernization of the roof of the building of segments A and B of the School and Kindergarten Complex in Paniwki.2. Detailed description and method of order fulfillment contains the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ, and the design documentation constituting Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ.3. The ordering party did not divide the order into parts due to the scope of the order affecting the organization of the works. The issue of organizing the construction site, including construction facilities, as well as managing and supervising the construction works, rests with one contractor. Warranty responsibility for the works performed also rests with one contractor. Dividing the order into parts is not possible in this situation is beneficial. Allowing a larger number of separate entities to carry out the subject of the order would make the task more difficult for organizational and technical reasons.
