Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the design and implementation of an investment called Thermal modernization of the Primary School building. St. John Paul II in Polichno, together with author's supervision. 2. The scope of the order includes in particular: a) Development of documentation design, i.e. multi-disciplinary technical design of thermal modernization, obtaining the required opinions, agreements and checking design solutions to the extent specified in the regulations, obtaining the necessary derogations from the applicable regulations, including the implementation of the necessary expert opinions and opinions (if necessary), obtaining a building permit (if required) or submitting appropriate notification if required by applicable regulations, b) Carrying out construction works in accordance with the the Ordering Party's design documentation, including the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, as well as in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge and construction art as well as the principles and conditions of occupational health and safety. c) Exercising author's supervision over the works performed on based on design documentation.2.
