(Numbering according to SWZ): 4.1 The subject of the order is the thermal modernization of the building of Primary School No. 116, ul. Ratajska 2/4, including: a) full thermal modernization - insulation of external partitions, replacement of windows and doors, works accompanying, b) replacement of the lightning protection system, c) replacement of the central heating installation along with accompanying works, d) modernization of internal and external lighting and installation of emergency lighting along with accompanying works, e)installation of a photovoltaic installation along with accompanying works. 4.2 A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the contract), Design Documentation, and in the contract template (Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ). 33.1 Pursuant to Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law The Ordering Party requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons who perform the activities indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of contract execution, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in a manner specified in Art. 22 §1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277), i.e. the work of a construction worker performing works related to the execution of an order. 33.2 Type of activities related to the execution of the order and method verification of the employment of these people and the Employer's rights to control the Contractor's compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these people and sanctions due to their failure to meet them were specified in the description before...
