(Numbering according to SWZ): 4.1 The subject of the order is the thermal modernization of the building of Municipal Kindergarten No. 66, ul. Grażyny 34, 93-309 Łódź, including: a) full thermal modernization - insulation of external partitions, replacement of windows and doors, accompanying works, b) replacement of the lightning protection system, c) replacement of the central heating installation along with accompanying works, d) modernization of internal and external lighting and installation of emergency lighting along with accompanying works, e)installation of the installation photovoltaic with accompanying works. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the order), Design Documentation, and in the contract template (Appendix No. 11 a and 11 b to the SWZ).1. The task was carried out in as part of the priority program of the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Łódź entitled "Rationalization of energy consumption in public buildings and municipal resources - 2025 edition" 33.1 Pursuant to Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law The Ordering Party requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons who perform the activities indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of contract execution, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in a manner specified in Art. 22 §1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277), i.e. the work of a construction worker performing works related to the execution of the order. 33.2 Type of activities related to...
