The subject of the order is construction works related to the thermal modernization of an existing warehouse and garage building with social and office parts, inv. no. 104/1008, at ul. Ksidza Rogowskiego 62A in Kalety (42-622 Kalety), according to the documentation designs, STWiOR and bill of quantities constituting an integral part of this SWZ. Location of the facility covered by the requested task: ul. Ksidza Rogowskiego 62, 42-660 Kalety, registration no. 241301_1.0001.AR_18.568/42. Material scope, in accordance with project: Disassembly work: remove all ventilation grilles; remove all outdoor lights; remove all light switches; temporarily dismantle the lightning protection installation; During insulation, remove the downpipes and secure the drainage of rainwater roof; for the duration of insulation, completely dismantle the external heat pump unit or immediately adjust its mountings to suit the expected insulation thickness; around the building, dismantle a 30 cm wide block strip in order to insulate it below the existing surface.
