The subject of the order are construction works consisting in thermal modernization and renovation of the roof of real estate belonging to the office complex of the Katowice District in Katowice - BudynekGwny, ul. Kijowska 37b".3.2. The subject of the order has not been divided into: parts (Tasks). The Ordering Party does not divide the order into parts, because all construction, installation and renovation works form a functionally and technologically coherent whole. The implementation of the work requires close inter-industry coordination, especially in terms of central heating and electrical installations and general construction works. Splitting the order could lead to dispersion of responsibility, increased risk of collisions and delays. Execution of all works by one contractor will ensure technical consistency, safety and correct integration of the new heat source with existing infrastructure. For these reasons, the Ordering Party decided that not dividing the order is the most rational solution.3.3. Detailed description of the subject of the order: 1.
