Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the thermal modernization of the City Hall building in Radkow.1.1. The scope of construction works includes: 1) dismantling the existing floor and removing the existing ceiling filling, including plaster and loose materials, 2) insulating the ceiling under the unheated attic with a mineral insulation, 3) construction of the upper finishing/floors made of OSB boards and construction of the lower ceiling covering with two layers of GKF boards, 4) replacement of existing lighting fixtures with energy-saving LED fixtures.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the design documentation and bill of quantities - constituting attachments to SWZ.2.1. The contractor is at fault become acquainted with the entire project and STWiORB, so that during implementation there are no discrepancies in the implementation of the facility itself in terms of quality, quantity, adopted technical solutions and the value of the entire investment specified in the offer. The contractor should familiarize himself with the facility before submitting an offer become familiar with the problem of the task.
