Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is thermal modernization and replacement of heat sources in public utility buildings in the Radkow Commune, the building of the People's House and Library at cinawka Gorna No. 38. Part No. 1. Thermal insulation of the building. 1.1. The scope of work includes: 1) thermal modernization of the building's external walls by plastering heat-insulating material, including preparation of the base, repairs and strengthening of the joint, moisture-proof injection, reconstruction of details, sheet metal flashings and painting, 2) insulation of the ceiling under the unheated attic with a mineral wool with a total thickness of 25 cm along with the demolition of existing layers, execution vapor barrier and reconstruction of the ceiling, floor and cladding layers, 3) partial replacement of window frames, 4) modernization of the lighting installation by replacing the existing luminaires with energy-saving LED luminaires, 5) installation of a stair platform and a stairlift for people with limited mobility.1.2.
