Part No. 1. Modernization of the heat source.1.1. The scope of work includes: 1) dismantling the existing heat sources, 2) installing a heat pump in the technical room on the ground floor of the building, 3) drilling 10 vertical wells with a depth of 100 m each, 4) constructing a distribution well and connections with the building, 5) construction of a new central heating installation of the building - installation of underfloor heating, 6) connection of the heat pump to the central heating, 7) modernization of the hydraulic system and automation, 8) modernization of the hot water installation, 9) installation of a photovoltaic installation.1.2.
