The subject of the order is the design and execution of construction works related to the investment called Thermal modernization and renovation and construction works, including adapting the building to the needs of people with special needs in the existing School Complex No. 6, Branch in Podolany. 2. The subject of the order includes in particular the performance of: 1) design activities performed on the basis of the attached Functional and Utility Program and administrative activities consisting in the Contractor's actions to obtain on behalf of the Ordering Party, based on the design documentation prepared as part of this task, documents allowing the implementation of construction works in accordance with applicable law, including: construction law; 2) construction works on the task in question in accordance with developed design documentation, Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB) and relevant legal provisions, along with author's supervision; 3) administrative activities consisting in such activities of the Contractor so that in the event of existing legal obligation, obtain on behalf of the Ordering Party as part of this task a document allowing the use of the facility...
