The subject of the order is the implementation of construction works consisting in thermal modernization along with the reconstruction and adaptation of an unused district building for the needs of the foster care system as part of the project entitled Start building your own apartment training in Iawa County and running a probation center implemented outside the project referred to in the previous sentence. The subject of the order is hereinafter referred to as the object or subject of the order.2.
