The purpose of the contract is the provision of the maintenance service of the air conditioning, heating, ventilation (and associated auxiliary equipment), in addition to the health production facilities (ACS) specified in Annex I of the PPT.
Facilities air conditioning.
The maintenance is the object of this lot, in the sense indicated in the general characteristics of the contract, of the following facilities:
Outdoor units (cookers, rooftop, splits and multisplits, VRF systems - variable refrigerant volume, compact units ...) and Interiors (Fancoils, Splits, Multisplits ...) of direct and indirect air conditioning, ventilation units (UTA's, heat recuperators ...) and everything associated with these equipment for its operation (inertia deposits, batteries and exchangers of heat, ducts, grids, diffusers, Gates, turbines, fans, pipes, pumps, thermal and acoustic insulators, manometers/ventometers, expansion vessels, valves, keys, purgadores ...) as well as any device/component or auxiliary medium that is part of the installation and//or necessary for its operation (Protections Thermal and differential, maneuvers and contactors, schedules, paro-march devices, controls/displays, electrical wiring and telecommunications, trays, drains for condensate ...).
